She had briefly taken it down due to criticism surrounding her looks. The commotion began when Ayesha posted a series of photos on Instagram sparking a flurry of remarks from followers who noted her changed appearance and speculated on potential cosmetic surgery improvements.

After being overwhelmed by a wave of backlash Ayesha decided to temporarily shut down her account. However, she has now made a comeback on the platform responding to her detractors in a way. Through her Instagram Stories, she posted a video showing a woman striding confidently across the street accompanied by the caption, “Jealous? Darling, your maximum doesn't even reach my minimum.” Ayesha further added her own caption to the story, writing, “For the peasants with an opinion,” making it clear she was responding to those who had criticized her looks.

Ayesha has a history of responding to trolls. In an earlier set of posts she cleverly dealt with the backlash by sharing a mirror selfie video dressed in laid back denim and a t shirt. The video was captioned, “Very demure, very mindful.” She also shared another story saying, “Did you notice how I just didn’t respond? Very mind, very cutesy, very demure,” taking a dig at the negativity she received on social media.
