Censor Board’s scissors on ‘War 2’: Major changes made in Hrithik Roshan & Jr NTR’s Film

The censor board has made some changes in Aditya Chopra's production house Yash Raj Films' much-awaited spy thriller 'War 2' before its release. Directed by Ayan Mukherjee, the film stars Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR and Kiara Advani in lead roles. The film is an important part of the YRF spy universe, which is very exciting among the audience.

According to a report by 'Bollywood Hungama', the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has given instructions to mute some of the dialogues of the film, considering them inappropriate. Changes have been made in the dialogues at a total of six places. Apart from this, the gesture of a character coming about a minute after a controversial dialogue was also ordered to be removed. An obscene dialogue present in the film has also been modified. After all these changes, 'War 2' has been given a 16+ U/A certificate, that is, it is considered suitable for audiences above 16 years of age.

The censor board has also asked to shorten some scenes of the film considering them 'sensitive'. In total, about 9 seconds of 'sensual' footage has been removed from the film. It is believed that this cut is related to Kiara Advani's bikini scene. After these modifications, the film is now fully ready for release and will soon present its thrilling story to the audience.
