After Permanent Roommates and Tripling, OTT's OG darling Sumeet Vyas is back with a new web show titled, Official Bhootiyagir as Dilawar Rana aka D-Sir essayed in An Arré Original and MX Exclusive in the series' third edition. The first two in the series were Official Chukyagiri and Official CEOgiri.
The trailer opens with Sumeet (Rana) who is offered a deal to stay out of jail, but a condition is thrust upon him: he must run a dodgy hotel owned by his family and make it profitable. He refurbishes the hotel and offers the world’s ‘best haunting experience’ to his adventurous guests. Dilawar must go beyond mere mortals and emerge triumphant when pitted against a bhoot. But comedy meets horror when Dilawar starts believing that the place is actually haunted.

Official Bhootiyagiri also features Eisha Chopra, Pranay Manchanda, Mohan Kapoor, Sujata Segal, Udita Bhalla, Naveen Prabhakar, Ajay Kapoor, and is directed by Vishwajoy Mukherjee. The horror-comedy series will stream on MX Player from May 14, 2020.
