Exclusive: 'It is pre-planned', says Aditya Pancholi on being imposed with rape case charges by a Bollywood actress

Aditya Pancholi was imposed with section 375 in a rape case. Section 376 states that whoever commits rape shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which shall not be less than seven years but which may be for life or for a term which may extend to ten years and shall also be liable to fine. In 2017, a leading Bollywood actress and her sister claimed on multiple public platforms including national TV that Aditya misused the actress when she was in an abusive relationship with him over a decade back. Post that, the actress' sister had also filed an application in the Versova police station stating that her sister was exploited and abused by Aditya. The entire fiasco led Aditya and Zarina to file a counter-application in the same police station.

Now, Mumbai Police has reportedly reverted to the actress' complaint and imposed rape charges and extortion on Aditya. FIR has been registered against Aditya at Versova police station under serious offence. When PeepingMoon.com reached out to the actor about the same, he gave an exclusive quote saying "everything is pre-planned".

Aditya said, "Yes, FIR is confirmed, that is known and now investigation will follow." When asked if he will counter the FIR, he said, "Once the investigation is done, it will be known whether the rape happened or not 13-14 years ago but all this was pre-planned. After the investigation is done, everyone will know the truth."

When asked about the extortion case, he said, "I am not aware of the extortion charges"
