5 things not to do if interviewing Rishi Kapoor!

Age might mellow most men – Rishi Kapoor is not most men. The actor has been growing crustier and angrier with passing time, and does not hesitate to flare up at the slightest excuse. Media at an event last night got a bitter dose from the man himself on how to – and, more importantly, how not to! – behave when they are interviewing the Angry Not-So-Young Man.

Here’s a look at Rishi’s Rules. Don’t say you weren’t warned!

1. Stick to the point. The waiting photographers and reporters were sternly instructed to ask only what was relevant and what he would answer! Ask a single untoward, unrelated question and you are toying with trouble!

2. Stand at a safe distance. He detests his private space being invaded and kicked up a fuss about the media apparently getting too close! He screamed at the reporters saying, “Ab sarr par khade hoge kya, peeche ja!”

3. Keep the lights low. Yes, it might result in dark and hazy pictures but at least you won’t be playing with fire! At the same event, the raging Rishi also hollered to the photographers “Lights kam karo, garmi ho rahi hai...” And when Rishi starts to get heated up, it’s in everyone’s best interests to not risk raising the temperature anymore!

4. Keep Ranbir Kapoor out of it. Papa RK detests being asked anything about his darling son. Not his flops and surely not his love life; presswallahs should avoid mentioning either of these danger topics. He did recently snub questions about Ranbir’s smoking break with Mahira saying that his son was single and could meet anyone he pleased, but the next time he could, well, just bite!

5. Mind your memes! Days ago, he had hit the headlines for abusing a Just female Dalit on Twitter. Reason – the memes which the lady had posted on her timeline which angered him. When you’re Rishi Kapoor you act on your anger and he didn’t think twice before sending a direct message to the woman which said, “F**k you b***h”.
