Alia Bhatt is one of the most successful actresses in Indian cinema. While she balances her shoot schedule with her personal life, the actress is known for her entrepreneurial skills too. Now, for the first time, Alia is set to host a charity gala in London on March 28. 

According to sources, Alia has partnered with the Mandarin Oriental hotel group at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London for the charity event. Reportedly, it is called The Hope Gala and this is in support of the actress' chosen charity Salaam Bombay, which is focused on engaging Mumbai's most vulnerable ‘at-risk’ children through in-school programs (leadership and advocacy) and after-school academies (skill building) that help build their confidence, self-esteem and commit them to stay in school.

Reportedly, Alia's The Hope Gala will be attended by prolific industrialists and philanthropists from India and London.
