The episode began with Sidharth Shukla convincing Shehnaaz Kaur Gill to join the celebration with Salman Khan. The superstar, when Shehnaaz refused to pay heed, got irked and told Sidharth to leave her alone. A while later, Shehnaaz apologised to Salman, who reprimanded her for her behaviour. Soon, Salman, in his unique way, spoke to Shehnaaz, leading her to burst into laughter. Mahira Sharma, keeping all differences aside, went ahead to hug her. Shehnaaz then joined the celebration inside the house. Post cutting the cake, Salman told Shehnaaz to take her bags and come out with him. The Dabangg actor, while bidding adieu, informed that nobody will be eliminated and told Shehnaaz to earn respect and not demand it. She then told Salman that she will refrain from talking to the housemates. Salman advised her to behave in a mature manner.
The next morning, Shefali Jariwala, Mahira and Paras Chhabra discussed Shehnaaz' behaviour in front of Salman. Rashami Desai and Arti Singh went up to Shehnaaz and asked her the reason for not talking to anyone. Shehnaaz blamed Paras for showing affection towards her in the beginning and created differences between Mahira and her. Arti pampered Shehnaaz with kisses, which led her to break down into tears. Moments later, Shefali Jariwala asked Madhurima Tuli to wash the utensils. Moments later, they got into a heated argument.
As the day proceeded, Shehnaaz went to the gym to workout. Sidharth followed her to talk to her but she refused. Post the incident, Sidharth told Arti that he won't talk to Shehnaaz henceforth. However, as the lights went off, Shehnaaz approached Sidharth but he refused to listen to her. The next morning, the two reconciled with a hug. Shehnaaz said 'I Love You' and told Sidharth to repeat the same. The two then got into a conversation regarding live-in relationships.
Bigg Boss congratulated the housemates for their contribution to the show and its TRP. He announced that selected housemates will get a membership to the Elite Club wherein they will be saved from nominations this week. Hina Khan, who was a participant of Bigg Boss 11, entered the house for the task. She had to choose the first member of the club between Shehnaaz and Asim Riaz.
