Abhay Deol might not be seen on the silver screen as much as his fans want him to but whenever the actor picks a project, he makes sure for it to be worth it.  It took him 2 years after Happy Bhag Jayegi to return to the big screen with Zero, which sadly did not work at the box-office. Not to forget, PeepingMoon was the first one to inform its readers that the actor will be seen in Hotstar's next web show. And now, according to be an entertainment daily, the actor has been signed for Hotstar's costliest web show.

Now, sources state that the actor has bagged a meaty role in a web show. Abhay will be seen playing the main role in Mahesh Manjrekar’s web series which is based on the 1962 Indo-China war and the Great Indian Army under the leadership of Major Shaitan Singh. Also, this is going to be the most expensive web show on Hotstar.
