Watch: Kiara Advani embarks on a mission to decode the truth behind Akansha Ranjan's rape allegation against her boyfriend in 'Guilty'; trailer out now

Kiara Advani, with her choice of films, has proven that she ain't just a pretty face but a talented actress too. The actress, who has her plate full with films, is all set to make a comeback on the digital platform Netflix with Karan Johar produced GuiltyGuilty is the first web film produced by Dharmatic, a company owned by Karan. The film will be directed by Ruchi Narain and also stars Akansha Ranjan, Gurfateh Singh Pirzada and Taher Shabbir in the lead roles. The makers, after unveiling an intriguing poster on Monday, shared the official trailer on social media platforms today (February 18).

Speaking of the trailer, we are introduced to Kiara's Nanki, a student of St. Martins. She is in love with Vijay Pratap Singh aka VJ (Gurfateh Singh Pirzada). Kiara and Gurfateh are music aspirants and a part of the college band. However, one night, Kiara's and Gurfateh's life undergo a 360-degree change when Tanu Kumar (Akansha Ranjan) accuses the latter of rape on Valentine's Day. Trapped in a web of truth and lies, Kiara embarks on a mission to decode who's guilty. With the film, Akansha makes her acting debut.

Speaking of the trailer, it has set the tone right for the film. With loads of thrill, emotions and nail-biting suspense awaiting us, the Karan backed film will surely take us on a roller coaster ride. Guilty will stream on Netflix from March 6, 2020.
