Veteran novelist Paulo Coelho calls Nawazuddin Siddiqui 'great' for his role in 'Sacred Games 2', the actor responds


Nawazuddin Siddiqui as Ganesh Gaitonde in Netflix' popular crime thriller series Sacred Games, swept away all the accolades and admiration from the audience, not just across the nation but globally too. As it is a known fact that the actor enjoys great fan following among the audience but did you know novelist Paulo Coelho is also an admirer of Nawazuddin? Well, yes. The Brazilian lyricist, on Saturday, shared his opinion on Sacred Games 2 on his Twitter account and appreciated Nawazuddin's performance. So much so, he called the Netflix series the 'best' and termed the actor as 'great'.

"One of the best series on Netflix, with the great actor," Paulo wrote. In response to this, Nawazuddin, on his Twitter account, replied by calling it an honour to be noticed by the veteran and said he has no words to describe his feelings at that moment. "Sir @paulocoelho I hv read ur books The Alchemist & also watched d film 'Veronika decides to Die' based on ur novel I hv always been an ardent fan of ur writing & it's an honour 2 be noticed & mentioned by someone like you I don't have words to describe the feeling Thank You," Nawazuddin wrote.
