Rana Daggubati, after keeping his personal relationships under tight wraps for years, announced his engagement with Miheeka Bajaj on May 12 and then had a Roka ceremony on May 21 with close family members in attendance. Since then, the buzz surrounding their marriage is doing the rounds. While Rana's father Suresh Babu, in an interview, stated that the families will consider a December wedding. However, in the latest development, reports suggested that the ceremony will take place a few months early.
According to the report, Rana and Miheeka will most likely tie the knot on August 8. It is being said that both the families consulted their pandits and locked the date for the wedding. However, an official confirmation is awaited on the same. It is also reported that the ceremony will take place in Hyderabad and will be a lavish affair.
Talking about Rana's and Miheeka's love story, the two knew each other for a long time as the former's cousin sister is the latter's classmate. Miheeka is a Hyderabad-based interior designer and also a member of Rana's friend circle. A close friend of Sonam Kapoor Ahuja, Miheeka is the daughter of renowned jewellery designer Bunty Bajaj. Her brother is married to designer Kunal Rawal's sister Sasha.
