Mike Batayeh, who played the role of laundromat manager Dennis Markowski in Breaking Bad, is no more. According to reports, he passed away after suffering a massive heart attack. The actor breathed his last on June 1 at the age of 52. Mike suffered a heart attack while sleeping in his Michigan home.
In an official statement, Mike's family announced the unfortunate news. "It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that my sisters and I announce the passing of our dear brother. He will be greatly missed by those who loved him and his great ability to bring laughter and joy to so many," the statement read.
Reportedly, Mike's memorial ceremony will be held on June 16 at 2 p.m. at the Vermeulen-Sajewski Funeral Home in Plymouth, Mich.
Apart from Breaking Bad, Mike acted in films like American Dreamz (2006), This Narrow Place (2011) and Detroit Unleaded (2012).
