The Twilight Saga is heading towards a television series as per reports. A series based on Stephanie Meyer’s best-selling book series is in early development via Lionsgate Television. Sinead Daly is on board to write the script for Twilight which might be a remake of the books or a different offshoot. The films starred Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner in the lead.
The Twilight TV series is in its initial stages and does not have a network/platform attached. Meyer is expected to be involved in the TV adaptation.
Wyck Godfrey and former Lionsgate Motion Picture Group co-president Erik Feig are both attached to exec produce the series.
