Vin Diesel confirms Fast And Furious saga's end after 2 more films, says 'the franchise has a soul, and that soul has to rest'

It won't be wrong to say that the action franchise, Fast And Furious is amongst the most popular and loved films of recent times. With eight successful offerings, the makers are all set with its ninth installment which will release in theatres in the US on June 25, 2021. While fans are eager to watch the action unfold, Vin Diesel, who plays the role of Dominic Toretto, told in an interview that the Fast And Furious saga will end after 2 more films.

Vin explained, "Every story deserves its own ending. I know people are going to feel like it doesn’t have to end, but I think all good things should. There are reasons for a finale. I think this franchise has deserved it. This franchise was born from the pavement, from the concrete. The world just championed this underdog to a place where it has already surpassed all of these other franchises. But the franchise has a soul, and that soul has to rest."
