Robert Pattinson and Dimple Kapadia kickstart the Mumbai schedule of their upcoming Christopher Nolan directorial 'Tenet'

Christopher Nolan's upcoming film titled Tenet has been making headlines, all thanks to the buzz it has been creating ever since the announcement. The film, for Bollywood fans, remains to be a special attraction as it stars veteran actress Dimple Kapadia in the lead role while Robert Pattinson, who enjoys a great fan following across the globe and India, shares the screen space with the former. Adding to the excitement, a major portion of the film is filmed in Mumbai and the team has finally kickstarted the shoot after a detailed recce. For the same, a while ago, director Christopher and Robert reached the city and began the shoot in South Mumbai during the early hours on Monday. 

Pictures from the shoot outside a popular eatery in South Mumbai went viral on fan pages dedicated to the artists involved in the film. Not just this, the shoot also took place near the Gateway of India where a makeshift restaurant was set up. As per reports of a leading daily, Christopher plans to wrap the Mumbai schedule of Tenet by this week and an indoor shoot has been planned from Wednesday onwards. The much-awaited film, apart from Dimple and Robert, features John David Washington, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Kenneth Branagh, Elizabeth Debicki, Clémence Poésy and Michael Caine. Distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures in theatres worldwide, Tenet is slated to release on July 17, 2020. Tenet is said to be an action epic which is about the world of international espionage.
