Christopher Robin Teaser Trailer: Pooh is back to save the day

It's a day full of good news and nostalgia. Disney has released the trailer for its newest, Christopher Robin. Like learning about a new Disney movie wasn't enough, it has Winnie The Pooh in the film too! And our excitement has reached whole new levels. The film is titled after its lead character Christopher Robin.

The teaser trailer that released earlier today brings to light quite a few interesting actors together and that's enough a reason to hit the theatres on day one. It starts with Christopher having a trouble with his boss about a weekend that he decided to spend with his family. But he has to spend the holidays working, as he is asked to. Keith- the boss portrayed by Mark Gatiss resembles his famous character of Mycroft Holmes (from the show Sherlock Holmes).

Christopher then succumbs to the situation and his overpowering employer. After he has bid goodbye to his wife and daughter, he sits in a park all by himself, contemplating the decisions. And that is when our little superhero peeks into the story and Christopher's life to save the day. When he says "I've cracked", Pooh, in his true blue adorable fashion says, "I don't see any cracks, just a few wrinkles maybe".

It's no surprise that Pooh is always there to support us and pour positivity over all of our problems, like honey. The trailer seems promising and full of hope.

Directed by Marc Forster, it stars Ewan McGregor as Christopher Robin; Hayley Atwell as his wife Evelyn; Bronte Carmichael as his daughter Madeline; and Mark Gatiss as Keith Winslow, Robin’s boss. The film also features the voices of Jim Cummings as Winnie the Pooh; Chris O’Dowd as Tigger; Nick Mohammed as Piglet. It is produced by Brigham Taylor and Kristin Burr.
