Pushpa 2: The Rule teaser review: Smeared in vermillion, Allu Arjun dons devi avatar as he begins jaathara of revenge

Allu Arjun's Pushpa: The Rise became a rage in 2021. Co-starring Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil, the Sukumar directorial raised the bar of action and drama. The film ended on a cliffhanger, promising a darker and grittier sequel. Now, the countdown for Pushpa 2: The Rule has begun and the anticipation is at an all-time high. The teaser was unveiled today on the occasion of Allu Arjun's birthday.

The teaser of Pushpa 2: The Rule is soaked with vermillion of revenge. Donning the avatar of a Hindu Tribal goddess, Pushparaj (Allu Arjun) has his eyes filled with the blood of vengeance. His forehead is smeared with red vermillion whereas his face is painted blue. Sporting a septum ring and a saree-like outfit, there's a different flavour in Allu Arjun's swag as Pushparaj. The aggression in his walk speaks volumes of the power he will hold in Pushpa 2

Pushpa 2: The Rule marks the reunion of Sukumar and Devi Sri Prasad who gave iconic tracks like Srivalli, Oo Antava and others in the first installment. The background score in the teaser is haunting, mystic, and rousing. The atmosphere of Jaathara is recreated through the brilliant score.

The production design of Pushpa 2: The Rule is enthralling. Every colour pops out and appeals to the eyes. Visually arresting, the cinematography is breathtakingly stunning. The director has considered every minute detail and crafted a teaser that satisfies every fan's hunger to watch a big-scale entertainer.
