Raise your expectations for ‘Ragini MMS 3,’ as the film has not just one, but two leading heroines. PeepingMoon.com has exclusively learned that Nora Fatehi also features in this third installment of Ekta Kapoor’s popular erotic thriller film franchise, alongside Tamannaah Bhatia, whose casting was recently revealed.

Tamannaah is stepping into the titular role of Ragini, while Nora's character is under wraps. Staying true to its roots, the third part will blend horror with supernatural scares and explicit sensuality. However, the makers are said to be emphasizing the horror quotient over the erotic elements. The film will be directed by Sahir Raza, who previously helmed web shows ‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hai 2,’ ‘Illegal-Justice, Out of Order,’ and ‘Doctors.’ Shooting commences by the end of this year.

‘Ragini MMS 3’ marks a bold career move for both Tamannaah and Nora, as the franchise has primarily been known for its provocative content. Especially for Tamannaah, who has been riding high after the success of her chartbuster item song “Aaj Ki Raat” in ‘Stree 2.’ The actress has been in demand since then, bagging multiple big films such as Ajay Devgn’s ‘Ranger,’ Rohit Shetty's cop drama with John Abraham, Sidharth Malhotra's ‘Vvan,’ and Anees Bazmee’s ‘No Entry 2.’ Her next release is ‘Do You Wanna Partner,’ an entrepreneurial comedy drama series scheduled to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on September 12. 

Nora continues to carve her niche in mainstream cinema after gaining fame through blockbuster item songs like ‘Dilbar’, ‘O Saki Saki’, and ‘Naach Meri Rani’. Last seen in Netflix India's ‘The Royals’, Nora has two South Indian films coming up: ‘Kanchana 4’ and ‘KD: The Devil.’ Additionally, she has ‘Ufff Yeh Siyapaa,’ a silent thriller film produced by Luv Ranjan, which is finally releasing in theatres on September 5.
