PeepingMoon Exclusive: Vijay Deverakonda clears the air around his 'Chappal' look & brand 'Rowdy Wear', says 'when I was in college, didn't know what to buy'

Actor Vijay Deverakonda, who’s busy travelling to different parts of the country promoting his upcoming film Liger, is seen wearing chappals at almost every promotional event. His look has caught the attention of many and has even gone on to become a big trend amongst people.

Recently, in an exclusive conversation with PeepingMoon's Managing Editor Ankita Bhalla, Vijay, who owns a fashion label called Rowdy Wear, was asked about his chappal looks. He said, "I don't know, I just do whatever I feel like doing. I don't think I am simple or high fashion. I don't think much of anything. What I like to wear, I wear. A fashion label is something that I wanted to do. It came from a space of not having like when I was in college I didn't know what to buy, what to wear. I didn't have any guidance on anything so I thought the clothes that I find cool, I wanna make those clothes so that people and college kids have something to easily pick from. So, from that mind space came 'Rowdy - The Label'"
