Lord Ganesha is one of the most loved and revered gods of Hinduism and hence, his birth on Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated with much pomp and fervor in the country. The festival of Ganesh Chaturthi was celebrated yesterday but the occasion extends over a period of 10 days right till Anant Chaturdashi.
