Shah Rukh Khan is all set to return to the films with Yash Raj Films' Pathan. The film also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. Apart from being Shah Rukh's 'comeback' film after a gap of three years, Pathan is indeed a special project for many reasons. It will reunite two superstars of our times on the big screen. Salman Khan will be sharing the screen space with Shah Rukh in Pathan and the former has finally confirmed it.
Salman, on Bigg Boss 14's Weekend Ka Vaar on Saturday, confirmed that he will be shooting for Shah Rukh's Pathan after the reality show ends on February 21. The superstar said after the spy-thriller, he will kickstart work on Tiger 3 and then Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali.

Previously, Salman appeared with Shah Rukh in the song Issaqbaazi from Zero (2018). Salman also did a cameo in Shah Rukh's Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and Om Shanti Om. Shah Rukh returned the favour by appearing in Har Dil Jo Pyaar Karega and Tubelight.
As per reports, Pathan will be releasing on Diwali 2021. It is directed by Siddharth Anand. Reportedly, Shah Rukh will be filming an action sequence inside Burj Khalifa, the tallest tower in the world.
