Shah Rukh Khan, after an extended break, is returning to films with Siddharth Anand's actioner Pathan. The superstar who recently celebrated his 55th birthday in Dubai, will reportedly start shooting for the film this month. Co-starring John Abraham and Deepika Padukone, Pathan is produced by Yash Raj Films. Now, as we await an official announcement from Shah Rukh and the makers, there is an interesting piece of news.
According to reports, Shah Rukh, Deepika and John will be joined by none other than Salman Khan. A leading daily reported that Salman will be seen in a cameo in Pathan. However, not much about his role has been revealed. Previously, Salman appeared with Shah Rukh in the song Issaqbaazi from Zero (2018). Salman also did a cameo in Shah Rukh's Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and Om Shanti Om. Shah Rukh returned the favour by appearing in Har Dil Jo Pyaar Karega and Tubelight.

In Pathan, Shah Rukh and John will be coming together to lock horns against each other. After wrapping Pathan, Shah Rukh will reportedly start working on Atlee's and Rajkumar Hirani's films. As per reports, Pathan will be releasing on Diwali 2021.
If the rumour is true, it will be a visual and cinematic feast for the audience as Shah Rukh, Salman, Deepika and John will be coming together on the big screen.
