Aayush Sharma has signed Rajkumar Santoshi’s next film, an action comedy love-story, a leading daily reports. Sources told the daily that Aayush was approached by the filmmaker “sometime back” and he narrated the script to the actor after it was finalised. Aayush was seemingly in favour of the script and agreed to do the film.
“The filmmaker had approached Aayush for a movie sometime back. Once the script was finalised, the latter was given a narration, following which he gave his nod to the project. It’s a love story replete with comedy and action,” the source was quoted as saying by the daily.

Aayush is currently working on his second film, the Hindi remake of the 2018 Marathi movie Mulshi Pattern, and after wrapping it in April, he will begin filming Santoshi’s project.

Of his second film, sources told the daily, “Aayush will sport a new look for his second film. He has been on a red meat diet as he has to gain around 16 kilos for the part. He has already put on over 10 kilos and is working out. He is also learning Marathi as the story is set in rural Maharashtra.”
Aayush made his debut in Bollywood with LoveYatri opposite newcomer Warina Hussain in 2018. The film was produced by Salman Khan.
Aayush Sharma is married to Salman’s sister Arpita Khan.
