Putting an end to all rumours and speculations, Shaheer Sheikh finally announced his engagement with Ruchikaa Kapoor on Instagram today. The actor, who is gearing up for the release of Paurashpur, shared a picture of Ruchikaa's finger after he slipped on a ring while proposing marriage. Though Shaheer's face isn't to be seen, his fiancee can't stop smiling. Ruchikaa is the Sr. Vice President Balaji Motion Pictures Ltd.
Shaheer, on Instagram, shared the picture and wrote, "#TuHasdiRave excited for the rest of my life.. #ikigai." In the picture, Ruchikaa is seen dressed in jeans and a casual white shirt. Shaheer had recently jetted off to his hometown Jammu and it seems Ruchikaa accompanied him to meet his family and spend quality time together.

According to reports, Shaheer and Ruchikaa will be tying the knot by this month-end. Reportedly, the couple will have a court marriage and followed by a small ceremony at home with only their family members in attendance. Shaheer and Ruchikaa, who are said to be dating each other for nearly 1 and a half years now, are planning to have a traditional wedding in February 2021.
