Mandira Bedi, Karan V Grover: TV celebs step out to cast their vote in Maharashtra Assembly Election 2019

Many television celebrities stepped out to cast their votes for assembly elections in Maharashtra. Most of them took to their respective social media pages to urge their fans to not miss their chance to select the right candidate for their state.

Take a look at the TV actors who cast their votes at the 2019 Assembly Elections. Sumit Kaul wrote, "It’s a once in a 5 year opportunity to either Re enforce the candidate you trust or give someone else a chance to represent you.. it’s a right, it’s a responsibility, it’s an opportunity.. make use.. GO VOTE.. it’s our government.. let’s chose it wisely.." (sic)

There are 288 seats in Maharashtra. Out of which, 29 are reserved for Scheduled Caste and 25 for Scheduled Tribes. The number of voters in Maharashtra are approximately 8.9 crore. This year, 3,239 candidates are contesting the assembly elections.
