Fans of Rakhi Sawant are in for a treat as the entertainer is set to return to Bigg Boss. The former contestant of the reality show will be participating once again and is expected to compete for the trophy with the other contestants of Bigg Boss 15. The contestants of the season are Karan Kundrra, Tejasswi Prakash, Shamita Shetty, Nishant Bhat, Vishal Kotian, Pratik Sehajpal, Umar Riaz, Jay Bhanushali, Rajiv Adatia and Neha Bhasin.
The new promo released on Colors' Instagram account begins with Rakhi remembering her husband Ritesh, whose identity is yet to be revealed. Towards the end, she informs her fans that she is entering Bigg Boss 15 to introduce Ritesh to the world. In the promo, she can be seen talking to a mysterious person and asking whether he is ready to reveal his identity. The person said yes.
Rakhi had participated in the first season of Bigg Boss and ended her journey as the third runner-up. She competed for the trophy once again as a wild card contestant of Bigg Boss 14. Hailed as the show's 'entertainer', Rakhi made noise inside the house by flirting with Abhinav Shukla, who did the 14th season with his wife Rubina Dilaik. Initially, Rakhi shared a good relationship with Rubina and Abhinav, however, amid the entire flirting angle, their equation changed and things took a bitter turn. She was often seen picking up fights with other contestants like Jasmin Bhasin and Nikki Tamboli.
During her stint on Bigg Boss 14, Rakhi spoke about her marriage with Ritesh. She was heard telling Rahul Vaidya that he is a married man and has a child with another woman. Once, Rakhi revealed that she had to marry Ritesh urgently as some influential person had threatened her and would have abducted her. After the show ended, Rakhi called her marriage 'illegal' in an interview and wanted to separate from Ritesh.
