The second week into the popular reality show Bigg Boss 13 ended with a highly entertaining Weekend Ka Vaar episode on Saturday with host Salman Khan throwing interesting challenges at the participants. The episode opened to Salman making an entry to his popular foot-tapping numbers. A while into the show, the Dabangg actor brought the topic of whispering on the mic to the forefront and reprimanded Rashami Desai for constantly murmuring, which in turn has been a major cause for the audience to lose interest and get distracted. Upon getting this complaint, Rashami apologised. Soon, he moved on to Paras Chhabra's and Mahira Sharma's frequent discussion on securing footage and said everybody has participated for the same intention.
Salman, then revealed the 'tedha' twist of Bigg Boss 13 and informed that the finale will take place in just fourteen days with only three girls and three boys as finalists. The Kick actor asked the male contestants their opinion regarding which female participant is capable of reaching the finale. Abu Malik named Shehnaaz Kaur Gill, Shefali Bagga and Devoleena Bhattacharjee while Sidharth Shukla felt Shehnaaz, Arti Singh, Dalljiet Kaur and Devoleena would make it to the end. Asim Riaz took the names of Shehnaaz, Rashami and Arti. Siddharth Dey named Rashami, Arti and Shefali and on the other hand, Paras selected Shehnaaz, Mahira and Rashami. Female participants, Koena Mitra, Mahira, Rashami and Shefali named Sidharth Shukla, Siddharth Dey and Paras while Devoleena and Shenaaz were of the opinion that Abu, Sidharth Shukla and Paras will make it to the top. Arti and Dalljiet took the names of Asim, Paras and Sidharth Shukla.
Salman, during the episode, also introduced the concept of Power Weekend, which began from Saturday's episode and asked the contestants to start building good connections inside the house. Later, he threw a task at the inmates titled Sultani Akhada where two contestants have to battle it out to get a surprise. Mahira and Shefali, after a verbal spat on who will reach the finale, became the first duo to enter the akhada. Post the wrestling game, Mahira is declared the winner and got a chance to go on a date inside the house. Upon asking to choose her partner, she picked up Paras for the date.
During the episode, Salman teased Devoleena by calling her Bahu bani Babe bani Queen. He further asked Paras about the strategy he planned with Sidharth Shukla, to which the former said it was Arti initially. The latter then said Paras wanted either Devoleena or Arti. Soon yet another argument broke out when Paras stated the reason for not selecting Shehnaaz.
Meanwhile, Sidharth Shukla and Rashami have a conversation where he asked her about their budding friendship going kaput. Adding further, the Uttaran actress said he doesn't behave with her properly and doesn't make an effort to talk to her. Upon being convinced by Shehnaaz and Dalljiet, Rashami agreed to find the right time and talk it out with Sidharth. Soon, Haarsh Limbachiyaa and Sunil Grover gave a glimpse into their impeccable comic timing. They showcased their so-called magic skills and even mocked Siddharth Dey's dancing skills in a playful manner before saying goodbye. A while into the episode, Salman announced double eviction and pronounced Dalljiet as the first contestant to leave the house. As the episode came to an end, Salman informed that the second contestant will exit the house during Sunday's episode.
