The episode began with the new wild card entrant Vishal Aditya Singh talking to the inmates. Soon, Rashami Desai and Devoleena Bhattacharjee, leaving bitter feelings aside, spoke to Arti Singh about her relationship with Vishal and were seen playing cupid. Vishal, while talking to the inmates, said that the tasks need to be played with more sportsmen spirit and then had a conversation about Sidharth Shukla, where the former supported him. Arhaan Khan, on the contrary, complained about Sidharth. The contestants, on the next day, woke up to the song Dil Ka Telephone. Devoleena, lighting up the mood, launched her own personal breakfast chat show. Shehnaaz Kaur Gill, in support of this activity, became the first guest on the show and was quizzed about Sidharth's gameplan. In response to this, she called him a mastermind. Arhaan and Vishal, being the spectators concluded that Sidharth is being given more than required importance. Arhaan carried on to explain to Shehnaaz that she needs to play the game for herself without having to compromise on her innocence. She then spoke to Shefali Jariwali and expressed her desire to talk to Sidharth but is scared to do so.
A while later, Bigg Boss entitled Shefali with a special power to nominate any one contestant apart from Sidharth and Shehnaaz, who are already eligible for elimination as a part of the punishment Bigg Boss declared. She named Devoleena for elimination. Soon, Bigg Boss announced the BB PCO task wherein at regular intervals, two housemates had to enter into the telephone booth. The pair had to convince each other to save themselves from nominations. The person who disconnected the call first was declared to be nominated. In case nobody disconnected the call within 15 minutes, both the contestants made their way to the elimination round. Shefali was the sanchalak of the task and had to hand over bills with either safe or nominated written.
In the first round, Paras Chhabra and Rashami entered into their respective booths. After a few moments and a fun conversation, Paras disconnected the call, saving Rashami from nominations. The second pair, Arti and Mahira Sharma engaged into a heated conversation and both failed to disconnect the call, so did the next three pairs Vishal- Hindustani Bhau, Asim Riaz-Arhaan and Himanshi Khurana-Khesari Lal Yadav. So the nominated contestants for the week are Sidharth, Shehnaaz, Devoleena, Paras, Mahira, Arti, Vishal, Asim, Arhaan, Himanshi and Khesari.
Bigg Boss then summoned the housemates to assemble together and asked them to take their activities and nominations seriously. He then, in the middle of the night, asked the contestants to name two members who are inactive and lazy throughout. After discussing among each other, the inmates named Khesari and Hmanshi, who received the punishment of not sleeping till the next instruction. Himanshi, upon hearing this, broke down citing ill health. Bigg Boss called Shefali inside the confession room and asked her to replace Himanshi with someone else. Post discussion, the contestants finalised Arhaan's name.
Moments later, Shehnaaz went beside Sidharth on his bed. He then ended up hugging her tightly, leaving everyone happy about their reconciliation. While Sidharth and Shehnaaz shared a mushy moment, Paras, talking to Khesari, Arhaan and Vishal, called the Punjabi actress jealous. As the episode ended, Khesari and Arhaan were relieved of their punishment.
