The makers of Bejoy Nambiar’s Taish, A ZEE5 Original Film and Series, released its trailer on Thursday and it sure seems promising. Starring Pulkit Samrat, Jim Sarbh, Harshvardhan Rane, Kriti Kharbanda and Sanjeeda Sheikh, the film revolves around two friends whose lives change forever when a past secret comes to the fore and sets off a chain of violent incidents.
The 2 minutes, 34 seconds trailer begins with how a group of friends Pulkit, Jim and Harshvardhan head out for a wedding. Kriti is introduced as Jim's ladylove while Sanjeeda is shown as Harshvardhan's partner. Things go wrong when a dark secret from their past turns up and ruins their present lives.
Harshvardhan's portrayal of a hot-headed hitman is intense while Pulkit's performance as a rowdy character is equally impressive. Jim's portrayal of a subtle personality with a dark past will also keep you glued to the screen. Kriti and Sanjeeda Sheikh also make impactful appearances in the Taish trailer.
Taish will release on October 29 on ZEE5 as a film as well as a 6 part series, a first of its kind.
