Sacred Games 2: Nawazuddin Siddiqui asks 'Bhagwan ko maante ho' in the latest teaser par 'Apun toh sirf Ganesh bhau ko hi maanta hai'

Netflix' Sacred Games is undoubtedly one of the most successful web series made in India. With the second season all set to release on August 15, 2019, the digital entertainment platform has been unveiling some exciting clipping and posters, leaving us intrigued. Now, the makers of the crime thriller have dropped in yet another teaser of Nawazuddin Siddiqui aka Gaitonde bhau and we just cannot wait to watch the series. 

The teaser shows a dead Gaitonde seated on a sofa and his voice-over saying "Bhagwan ko maante ho? Par kabhi socha hai ki Bhagwan kisko maanta hai?" Netflix India shared the mini clip and captioned it as, "Apun Ganesh bhau ko maanta hai. #SacredGames2premieres 15th August."

Based on author Vikram Chandra's best-selling novel, the first season of Sacred Games received viewer appreciation and critical acclaim worldwide for its gritty plot and power-packed performances. The second season of the popular show will be back with a new trail of betrayal, crime, passion and a thrilling chase through Mumbai's underbelly featuring Saif Ali Khan as Sartaj Singh and Nawazuddin as Ganesh Gaitonde. While the intriguing Guruji (Pankaj Tripathi), introduced in season one as Gaitonde's 'third father', will play a pivotal role in unfolding a chain of events. Anurag Kashyap and Neeraj Ghaywan have directed the new season.
