Tamil superstar Vijay turned 46 today (June 22) and making the occasion special, the team of his upcoming film Master unveiled a special poster. Keeping up with every year's ritual of celebrating Vijay aka Thalapathy's birthday in a grand way with a surprise for fans, the makers of Master released the poster on social media.
Lokesh Kanagaraj, the director of Master, shared the poster wishing Vijay on Twitter. The poster in shades of yellow features Vijay in his stylish best. The Tamil superstar is seen dancing with an excited group of people in the background of the poster.

Lokesh, on Sunday, before Vijay's birthday, shared another poster to wish him in advance. "To convey my love to Thalapathy @actorvijay here I release the Birthday Poster Advance bday wishes #Master," he wrote while sharing the poster.

Master will feature Vijay in the role of a college professor. This will be the first time he is collaborating with Vijay Sethupathi, who will be seen as the antagonist. Malavika Mohanan is the leading lady and Andrea Jeremiah has been roped in for a key role. Master was scheduled to release this summer but due to the Coronavirus pandemic and lockdown, it is pushed ahead indefinitely. Fans are now hopeful that if the situation returns to normalcy, the film will release during Diwali.
