The episode of Kundali Bhagya begins with, Sherlyn asking Prithvi how did he tweak the goon’s statement. Prithvi tells her that he went inside the police station with Sarla and Janki and met the goon.

He tells Sherlyn that he asked the goon to blame Rishabh instead of him and offered 25 lakhs. Sherlyn tells him that as Rishabh is in jail she will not be able to marry him. He tells her that he will not take any revenge from Rishabh. She gets happy and hugs Prithvi.

Janki tells Sarla to not worry about Preeta and Srishti and assures to take proper care of Preeta and Srishti.

Both the ladies are shocked to hear that the goon has taken Rishabh's name and has blamed him of killing Rithwik. Preeta calls Sarla and tells her that she and Srishti will reach home late.

Monisha cries holding Ritwik’s photo. Prithvi comes to meet her and Monisha gets angry at him. She blackmails him by saying that she will send him to jail. Prithvi apologizes to her and narrates a fake story to Monisha and he says Luthra's have killed Rithwik
