After recovering from COVID-19, Alia Bhatt leaves for Maldives with beau Ranbir Kapoor


Alia Bhatt has finally recovered from COVID-19 after spending 14 days in isolation. The actress, who was shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Gangubai Kathiawadi, was diagnosed with Coronavirus on April 1. Now, after a much stressful period, Alia jetted off to the Maldives once again, but this time, her travel partner is none other than beau Ranbir Kapoor. 

Alia and Ranbir were spotted at the Mumbai airport this morning. Keeping the heat at bay, the actress opted for white pants, a pastel yellow crop top and a white jacket. Ranbir twinned with her in a white t-shirt and jeans.

In the month of March, Ranbir had also contracted COVID-19. The shoot was Brahmastra was immediately stalled. The Ayan Mukerji directorial also stars Alia, Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, Nagarjuna and others. 

Not just Alia and Ranbir, celebrities like Sara Ali Khan, Disha Patani, Tiger Shroff and many others jetted off to the Maldives after the Government of Maharashtra announced a lockdown amid the second wave of COVID-19.
