On encountering the paparazzi and fans waiting outside to get their one glimpse, Shahid protectively guarded his lady until she was safe inside their ride.

On the work front, Shahid has wrapped up filming for director Shree Narayan's Batti Gul Meter Chalu with Shraddha Kapoor and Yami Gautam. The cast has started with the promotions of the film, too. The film releases on September 21, this year.
