Zoe Saldana is done playing Gamora in the superhero film series Guardians of the Galaxy. She said, “I don't think this is the end for the Guardians. It is the end for me, for Gamora.”
In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Zoe plays Gamora, a warrior-assassin forcibly adopted by super-villain Thanos when he killed half of her planet’s race.

Zoe had expected to play Gamora in only one film and franchise director James Gunn almost killed her off in the second chapter.
She will reprise her role for the last time in Guardians of Galaxy Vol 3.
