Jeremy Renner, Avengers Endgame and Hawkeye star ‘critical but stable’ after snow plowing accident

Jeremy Renner is in ‘critical but stable condition’ after meeting with an accident while plowing snow. His family is with him while he is receiving proper care at a hospital according to an online portal. The exact location of the accident has not been revealed. Renner plays the well-known Marvel superhero Hawkeye aka Clint Barton, an expert marksman. The character got his standalone series in 2021.

Renner’s representative issued a statement to the online portal and said, “We can confirm Jeremy is in critical but stable condition with injuries suffered after experiencing a weather-related accident while plowing snow earlier today. His family is with him and he is receiving excellent care.”

While the location of the incident was not confirmed, Renner has been known to own a home in Washoe County, Nevada for several years, according to the Reno Gazette Journal. The area in northern Nevada was hit by heavy snowfall due to a storm on New Year’s Eve, according to the newspaper.

Renner has garnered a Best Actor Oscar nomination in 2010 for The Hurt Locker and in the subsequent year in 2011 landed a Best Supporting Actor for The Town. He is set to feature in Mayor of Kingstown Season 2 which is slated to release later this month and expected to headline Rennervations, an unscripted series for Disney Plus.
