It’s not just a call, it’s a warning: Robert Pattinson transforms into an intense caped crusader as he takes on Paul Dano's Riddler in The Batman's new trailer

Fans of Robert Pattinson and The Batman were in for a surprise on Saturday as DC Comics and Warner Bros. unveiled the new trailer of the superhero film at their second annual FanDome event. The virtual fan event unveiled promos of new shows and films that are coming up including Black Adam, Shazam! Fury of the Gods, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom and Peacemaker series.

The new trailer of the much-anticipated The Batman offered more details about the film's story and its characters. The trailer begins with the arrest of the Riddler (Paul Dano). However, the character's face hasn't been revealed. Maybe a surprise is planned for the audience. The antagonist, a serial killer, has a scarier vibe whereas the Batman is a tortured cape crusader who is darker than before. The trailer of The Batman promises to be high on intense action and gritty fight scenes.
