Spencer Trailer: Kristen Stewart aces Princess Diana's mannerism and style, gives an insight into her unhappy married life behind all the glitz and glam

"Three days, that’s it," said a stunning Kristen Stewart in the trailer of Spencer that dropped in recently. She plays Princess Diana in the reimagination of what might have happened during the Christmas holidays at the Sandringham estate in 1991. The trailer of the film gives an insight into Princess Diana's tortured and unhappy life behind all the glitz and glam.

Nailing Princess Diana's accent, Kristen is hauntingly beautiful as she portrays her grief and pain. Spencer primarily around Princess Diana and Prince Charles' marriage and her decision to end it. Focusing on the Christmas holiday at Sandringham estate, Spencer shows how Princess Diana decides to end her cold marriage with Prince Of Wales after rumours of infidelity surfaced. Though the festival is about eating and drinking, shooting and hunting, Diana is going through a traumatic phase.

The title of the film directed by Pablo Larrain borrows its title from Princess Diana's maiden name, Spencer. 

The official synopsis of Spencer read, "The marriage of Princess Diana and Prince Charles has long since grown cold. Though rumors of affairs and a divorce abound, peace is ordained for the Christmas festivities at the Queen's Sandringham Estate. There's eating and drinking, shooting and hunting. Diana knows the game. But this year, things will be profoundly different. Spencer is an imagining of what might have happened during those few fateful days."

Spencer also stars Timothy Spall as Equerry Major Gregory, Sean Harris as Chef Darren, Sally Hawkins as Maggie, Jack Nielen as Prince William, Freddie Spry as Prince Harry, Stella Gonet as Queen Elizabeth II, Richard Sammel as Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh and more.
