Watch: Robert Pattinson and Willem Dafoe drive each other crazy on an isolated island in the pyschological horror 'The Lighthouse' trailer

The makers of Robert Pattinson's and Willem Dafoe's nautical horror drama The Lighthouse made the trailer available on social media platforms. Set against the backdrop of the late 19th-century, Robert and Willem are playing the role of the lighthouse keepers. The Lighthouse is shot in black and white and is touted to be a psychological horror based in New England. The film, with the trailer, seems to be too difficult for the faint-hearted as the visually stunning trailer features disturbing imageries at times. The film is directed by Robert Eggers.

Speaking of the trailer, not much about the plotline is revealed but it surely introduces us to the thrills and chills that can be expected from the feature film. It shows a duo of lighthouse keepers on a remote island, secluded from the world. Allowing us to get hold of the characters, the makers drop in a hint at the conflict between Willem's and Robert's character. Not just this, the trailer gives a glimpse into their face-off in the film, leaving us excited to witness high octane drama, the Albert Hitchcock way. Apart from this, the music adds to the eeriness and is a major bonus point.  Watch the trailer here:
