Music icon Jennifer Lopez and retired baseball star Alex Rodriguez recently got engaged after two years of dating. The two stars took to Instagram on Saturday night to share the news by posting JLo's hand with a huge engagement ring.
While their fans were still raving over the news, Jennifer shared a closer look at just how Alex popped the question during a romantic proposal at the beach. In a slideshow of some stunning pictures, A-Rod can be seen getting down on his knee on the beach apart, followed by a picture of JLo kissing and embracing him.

Well, looking at them, we are certainly sobbing in delight! Apparently, the pictures were clicked by a professional photographer, who was on location to capture the special moment, as instructed by Alex.
Jennifer and Alex first met at Shea Stadium in Queens back in 2005 when she stopped to shake the athlete's hand before the first pitch. The pair officially celebrated their two-year anniversary on February 4, and Rodriguez shared a heartfelt message on the occasion.
This will be JLo's fourth wedding.
