Over the years, the former first lady of the United States of America, Michelle Obama has been using fashion as a medium to make subtle yet impactful statements. And this time, her speech at the Democratic National Convention was no exception either.
Along with her powerful speech, her fashion statement was creating waves as well. Keeping her look formal and subtle, Obama opted for a satin blouse and accessorized it with a pair of big hoops and minimal glam. However, what took away the cake for us was her straight-forward VOTE necklace that served its purpose of getting straight to the point!
The statement necklace that Michelle opted was from a Black-owned label ByChari and it's not the first time the jewellery brand had made it. “I had created a VOTE necklace for the last election and knew I was going to do it again. As we started our outreach, I was honored when Michelle Obama’s Stylist asked for one and am thrilled she is wearing it!”
Available for the price of $295, this necklace is breaking the internet as we speak! According to Google’s trend charts, Michelle’s necklace was the “top trending search on all of U.S. Google in the last hour of the event.” WOW!

I rarely go here, but is it too soon to also notice the glorious styling? The lush espresso satin; the perfect hair; the thin gold hoops; the copper lip; the VOTE necklace (that I must have)? Just divine. Don’t @ me. #MichelleObama https://t.co/nhxC9hGlnr
