Supermodel Milind Soman has always loved sharing his fit way of life such as his meals, ways to stay in shape, and workout with whatever is available around him, like a watermelon from his kitchen. The fancy way of life has never caught his attention.
In a recent post on Instagram, Milind finally gave into his fans' requests and gave them a detailed summary of his meals throughout the day. Depending on where he is and the availability, the actor tries to keep his meal plan consistent.
His morning routine starts off simply with, "Wake up, drink approx 500ml room temp water." Considered as the most important meal of the day, breakfast is around "10 am" with "some nuts, one papaya, one melon, any seasonal fruit like mangoes, about four." He keeps the processed foods away and soft drinks away. "No supplements or extra vitamins. Water, as required, never cold. No soft drinks, alcohol once or twice a year, maybe a glass," Milind reveals.
Jaggery is the only natural sweetener of his choice, "sometimes, one cup of black tea, sweetened with jaggery... If I eat dessert, it is mostly sweetened with jaggery." During his time quarantined due to COVID-19, the only addition to his diet was " kadha 4 times a day."
