Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra tied the knot on February 7th in an intimate ceremony in Rajasthan which left everyone in awe! The newlyweds shared their wholesome pictures from their royal wedding which was a starry affair with so many guests celebrating this duo dressed to their nines. From all the cherished moments that were captured by everyone, we could definitely tell that it was nothing less than a regal affair!
With the backdrop of Suryagarh fort, Mira Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor dressing to their festive best to Karan Johan wearing colourful sherwanis, let’s check out the looks from the wedding and the pre-wedding festivities.
Mira Rajput and Shahid Kapoor
A royal couple for the royal wedding. The gorgeous duo, Mira and Shahid on the wedding day dressed to their nines. Mira donned a Faraz Manan ensemble. An ivory chikankari kurta set with sheer details and closed neck was styled by Tanya Ghavri. The kurta was styled with short length matching pants and a brown dupatta. She completed her look with a pearl potli and silver earrings and a ring. Also, she tied her hair back in a ponytail.
Shahid on the other hand, wore a royal blue kurta paired with black pants and a white and black shawl.
For the starry sangeet night, Mira effortlessly recycled her Anamkika Khanna co-ords. Mira first donned this attire for her some other wedding festivities. The only difference between the two looks was Mira's hairstyle and makeup. She chose to keep her hair open in soft waves and rounded off her look with oodles of bronzer and lip gloss. Keeping the accessories to a minimum, Mira surely looked wow!
Complementing his wife, Shahid donned a black sequin blazer and wore a plain black shirt underneath. Pairing the look with black pants and shiny shoes, he looked handsome.
Karan Johar
Karan never seems to disappoint us with his ethnic looks. For the wedding ceremony, he wore a Manish Malhotra sherwani set that incorporated a violet colour kurta set and a long matching velvet jacket on top of it which also had buttons detailing. Styled by Eka Lakhani, his look was paired with a multi colour handcrafted shawl and matching juttis. He chose Gucci sunglasses and a ring to accessorize his look.
Next look was from the sangeet night where he donned Manish Malhotra outfit again and was styled by Eka Lakhani. A kurta set paired with sequin jacket and a matching dupatta around his neck. His look was complete with violet coloured juttis.
For another pre-wedding ceremony, he wore a colourful kurta set from the same designer paired with yellow and red dupatta and silver juttis.
Tanya Ghavri
With the backdrop of Jaisalmer fort and perfect golden hour moment, Tanya looked gorgeous in golden lehenga from Arpita Mehta. The golden blouse featured some silver embellishment detailing and had full sleeves. She accessorized her look with silver jewellery, a maangteeka,small earrings, and a ring to go with her look. She also kept her makeup minimal with nude lips, shimmery eyes and dewy face and her hair was left open.
