PeepingMoon Exclusive: Nausheen Ali Sardar reacts to Kkusum getting a digital sequel, says 'I have no idea about it'

Sequels and remakes are the current trends in tinsel town. According to reports, Nausheen Ali Sardar and Anuj Saxena's popular show Kkusum is being considered for a digital sequel with fresh faces. As per an entertainment portal's report, the series will stream on Ekta Kapoor's ALT Balaji and the casting is underway.  

While the makers of Kkusum are yet to clarify, PeepingMoon.com got in touch with Nausheen, who played the titular role in the original daily soap. In a brief conversation, Nausheen reacted to the news and said, "I have no idea about it."

Kkusum also starred Shweta Kawatra, Narayani Shastri, Karanvir Bohra, Rucha Gujarathi and Shilpa Saklani among others. It premiered in 2001 and ended in 2005.
