Peeping Moon Exclusive : Hrithik Roshan-Jr. NTR epic dance face-off next month brings curtain down on ‘War 2’

Months after wrapping the action-packed climax sequence of ‘War 2’, Hrithik Roshan and Jr. NTR are set to reunite again — this time for a final, show-stopping dance number. PeepingMoon.com has exclusively learned that the two superstars will shoot the highly-anticipated dance battle in June at Yash Raj Studios.

The electrifying, climactic sequence was scheduled to be filmed in March but was cancelled following Hrithik’s leg injury during rehearsals. With the actor now recovered and medically cleared, ‘War 2’ is back on track. YRF head honcho Aditya Chopra, director Ayan Mukherji, and choreographer Bosco Martis have resumed preparations for this high-energy track, which will be shot on a lavish set designed by acclaimed production designer Amrita Mahal Nakai.

The fast-paced number, composed by Pritam, will feature Hrithik and Jr. NTR, two of India's most celebrated actor-dancers, facing off in an intense dance showdown. It is expected to be a major highlight. The completion of this song will officially mark the wrap-up of the film’s nearly 18-month production. Ayan, who takes the directorial baton from Siddharth Anand for this sequel, is also overseeing the film’s post-production, aiming to deliver the project on August 14.

Billed as one of the biggest Bollywood films of this year, ‘War 2’ is the sixth project in YRF's star-studded Spy Universe after ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, ‘Tiger Zinda Hain’, ‘War’, ‘Pathaan’, and ‘Tiger 3’. Hrithik returns as Major Kabir Dhaliwal, while Telugu superstar Jr. NTR joins the franchise as the primary antagonist. The makers are leaving no stone unturned to elevate every cinematic element — from scale and action to emotion and music — to ensure a spectacular theatrical experience.
