Siddhant Chaturvedi's popularity among the youth knows no boundaries. The handsome lad has been stealing the hearts of millions of girls with his incredible acting skills, infectious smile and unmatched charisma. His recent release, Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, resonated with his fan base and the actor received rave reviews for his performance as Imaad. In an exclusive interview with PeepingMoon on the success of the Netflix film, Siddhant spoke about the positive response, social media influence and more.
Talking about the paparazzi culture in Bollywood and blurring the lines between exposure and privacy breach, Siddhant said when things are done in moderation, it is healthy for the actor and the audience. He shared, "It's been happening for a long time that the journalists and the people are interested in a star's life. That's absolutely fine. We are here because the people are intrigued about us and there is an interest in the part about how, where are we, and what we do. The only thing I believe in is, if it's done in moderation, that's good for both of us, the audience and the actors as well. But if it goes extreme, then the audience will also get bored and even our private lives will be a little bit affected. So, in moderation, I don't have a problem with that. If it is going extreme, then also it's a good thing because then people want to know what's happening."
He added, "Right now, I do not have any problem with that. It's good. Also, it also depends on the actor to actor and how much you want to give. It's not like they will be coming to your houses and climbing on trees to do that. I hope it happens one day for me (laughs). It also depends on how you want to portray or want to put what aspect of your life you want to kind of show. You will have to learn to do a good job of hiding if you think certain things are special and private. I think I do a decent job right now and it might just get more difficult, but that's my job. That's why I'm here. I love the energy the paps have. They make us feel special in a way. They're doing their job, so that's alright. I mean, it's part of the business."
