20 years old Tunisha Sharma died by suicide today on the set of her daily soap Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul. She played the lead role of Shehzaadi Mariam in the period drama. While the reason behind her committing suicide is still unknown, sources close to the development informed PeepingMoon that it was her team who found her dead.
A case of suicide has been registered at Waliv Police Station in Palghar District. A source from the police station informed that Tunisha had taken a tea break during the shoot. Post the break, she went to the washroom and never returned. After waiting for a long time, her team broke open the washroom's door to find her hanging. It is yet to be confirmed whether she was in her vanity van or used some other washroom.

As per sources, the incident happened around 1 pm today. Soon after her team found her hanging, they rushed her to a hospital in Naigaon where she was declared dead.
The cops are currently investigating the matter.
