PeepingMoon Exclusive: I have mixed feelings about that, but I don't regret it- Eijaz Khan on his childhood abuse confession during Bigg Boss 14 task

Eijaz Khan left the audience of Bigg Boss 14 in tears by revealing a dark and traumatic incident that had happened with him. The actor confessed that he is a victim of sexual harassment and a human touch can make him uncomfortable. Eijaz confessed this during a task in Bigg Boss 14. However, a section of people accused him of faking his confession to progress in the show. Now, in's special segment, Let's Talk Season 2, Eijaz reacted to those comments and said he doesn't regret talking about the incident inside the Bigg Boss 14 house.

Talking about the confession, Eijaz said, "I have mixed feelings about that, but I don't regret it. A lot of it had to do with me having worked on myself, accepting myself, patting on my back that, "Dude I am here and will take care of you", self-parenting, re-parenting and self-love. When the round happened where I confessed that, I was battling inside. I told myself, "No Eijaz, a lot of people are going to misunderstand this. Your family is going to be traumatised because of this." But then I realised I have got to be true to myself. The whole show is about showcasing your personality. If at that moment I would have chickened out, I don't think I would have faced myself every day in the mirror with this feeling, "Ok, maybe you screwed up, but you tried."

The actor further added, "But I realised that you shouldn't portray your traumas to your partner. Your partner isn't supposed to be your therapist. You are primarily responsible for being a whole person yourself and for being a self-healer so that you can enrich somebody's life in your journey. That's maybe one of the reasons why I feel I might have not done the right thing."
