Remember in October, when gossip mills were in overdrive, we quietly told you that the lovely Malaika Arora was going to bring in her 45th birthday at Milan with her new and special friend Arjun Kapoor? And then we got you a cozy picture of the already-seeing-each-other Bollywood hottie and TV presenter and her hunky actor boyfriend roaming hand-in-hand at the Milan Airport Duty Free?

Well, they have been social media favorites since then and have been burning up the Internet with happy pictures at public functions where they have not been shy of showing small displays of affection. But now, with New Year around the corner, and the certainty being that Malaika won’t be part of the Khandaan vacation that usually happens at the Panvel farmhouse around Salman Khan’s birthday on December 27, speculation is rife where she and Arjun are going to celebrate the festive season and bring in 2019.
We are not in a position to reveal to you yet where the happening twosome is going to be for the New Year. But we can tell you this. Malaika need no longer count herself among the Khans at the Panvel farmhouse this New Year. She has in fact further distanced herself from the family by removing ‘Khan’ from her official Instagram account and wearing a new pendant with the initials ‘AM’ that she clarified were her own. But where’s Arjun not going to be if he’s spending New Year with Malaika? That we can tell you!

It seems Arjun will not be in Bali for the New Year with dad Boney Kapoor, sisters Anshula, Janhvi and Khushi, and uncle Anil Kapoor, aunt Sunita and their family. Bali is the Kapoors’ getaway as of now and the plan is for the families (maybe Sanjay and Maheep and daughter Shanaya and son Jahan too) to be together for the first time since Sridevi passed in February. Except, Arjun won’t be joining them. He will be with Malaika. Where, wait and watch this space!
