PeepingMoon Exclusive: Abu Dhabi calling for SRK, Deepika and John Abraham!

Shah Rukh Khan has finally returned to the sets! The superstar has sincerely been shooting for Yash Raj Films' Pathan in Mumbai without making a noise. While Deepika Padukone also joined him last month for two days, John Abraham is said to be joining the team in the film's next schedule. Now Peepingmoon.com has learned that the Siddharth Anand directorial will head to Abu Dhabi in January for its second stint of the shooting.

The Abu Dhabi schedule is believed to be the longest and major one as the entire leading stars of the film— SRK, Deepika and John Abraham will shoot their portions together. "A YRF team has already started prepping for its Abu Dhabi schedule while the first round of shooting is happening in Mumbai. The team will fly down to Abu Dhabi in January where a major chunk of the action sequences will be filmed. It will be followed by a short stint in the UK in the first quarter of 2021 before calling it a wrap in Mumbai around July 2021," said an industry source.

We've also learned that SRK will be seen sporting two different looks in Pathan. While he's currently shooting with his long hair, the portions that require him with short hair will be picturized in the next schedule. Salman Khan is also expected to shoot his cameo sequence between December and January. He has alloted 15-days for the film and is committed to shoot it before he begins Tiger 3, however, the dates for his shoot haven't been locked as yet.

Said to be an intriguing tale of agents, Pathan pits SRK against John Abraham for the first time. Deepika who's collaborating with SRK after six years will this time join him as a spy on a mission. Dimple Kapadia who'll soon be seen in Christopher Nolan's Hollywood biggie Tenet is also said to be playing a major role in the film, slated to hit theatres on Diwali 2021!
